Part of my order is damaged or missing.Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry to hear you’ve not received your order in full! 

Damaged 

  • If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, you can reject this on delivery and it will be returned to our warehouse. Following, we can issue you a reorder or refund. 

  • If part of your order is damaged please contact the team at [email protected] with details of the product and images so we can rectify this for you. 

Missing 

  • If you have placed a large order we will often send it across separate consignments. You can see from DHL tracking how many parcels you can expect to be delivered. If it has been 48hrs since part of your order was delivered, please contact us at [email protected] with details of what you are still waiting to be delivered.  

  • If you are missing a specific item from your order, please contact the team and we’ll be able to investigate this for you.
