Not to worry! There could be a few reasons you’re receiving an error whilst processing your order. Please check our full terms and conditions to ensure that your message and content adhere to our content restrictions. 

If you are being advised that your image is not valid please review the following and submit a second image: 

• Image size is too large (4.5mb maximum)

• If it is an unsupported file 

• If it is unaccepted content 

Please note that at present you can only purchase one case of personalised cans per order.
